**** IMPORTANT NOTE ****

This software was written in Visual Basic 4.0 and will not run unless you have the Visual Basic 4.0 DLL files in C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM. You need to have VB40016.DLL and its associated files in this directory. If you do not have all of the files you need you will either not be able to run setup or you will receive an error from WinExec when you try to run the program. Visit our web page (http://members.aol.com/buildblock/index.htm) to get these files. They are free.

A2Z Gradebook is a teacher's grading program which stores grades, calculates averages, and generates reports. 

This version of A2Z Gradebook corrects the following bugs from previous versions
- "Object Required" error when minimizing windows
This version of A2Z Gradebook adds the following features
- improved reports
- mark scores late
- drop scores
- assign grades according to a scale
- additional space for student information

To install A2Z Gradebook in Windows 3.X:
From the Program Manager File menu select Run. Enter SETUP.EXE (plus the directory where you unzipped it). Run the setup program. 

To install A2Z Gradebook in Windows 95:
(A Windows 95 version of this software is also available from the web site.)
From the Start Menu select Run. Enter SETUP.EXE (plus the directory where you unzipped it). Run the setup program.

This software is shareware. Use it free of charge for 30 days. If you continue to use it after 30 days, please register. 

You are free to distribute this software to others if you include all of the files and do not modify any files. If you are not sure if you have all of the files or if you think some of your files have been modified, go to our web site (the address is below) and download the zip file for distribution.
